Handcarts in the Valley Bookstore offers the following Returns Policy: 
Contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. You can contact us by phone - (435) 657-0107 or by email - handcartsinthevalley@hotymail.com. Refunds will not be processed until the item is returned to the store in resellable condition. We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience, so please let us know right away if something is wrong. If situations are not handled within a timely manner, refunds may not be available.
